Mr. Ramachandran is Vice President of Solaris Energy Capital. Kyle also serves as President and Chief Financial Officer for Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure. His responsibilities include originating, evaluating and structuring new investment opportunities, monitoring and assisting portfolio companies, and collaborating with financing partners.

Previously Kyle served as our Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy. Prior to joining Solaris, Kyle was a member of the Barra Energia management team, a First Reserve and Riverstone sponsored E&P vehicle based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Before joining Barra Energia, Kyle spent two years at First Reserve Corporation (Greenwich, CT), a global energy-focused private equity firm. Prior to First Reserve. Kyle began his career in Citigroup’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group (New York). He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Carroll School of Management Honors Program at Boston College, where he graduated cum laude.
